When logged in to a Windows Server via Remote Desktop / Terminal Services the 'Shutdown' option (Start > Shutdown) says Disconnect instead.

To Reboot the server you can either press:

CTRL+ALT+END to bring up a menu and select Shutdown.

OR

Go to the RUN command (Start > Run -or- Windows Key + R) and enter SHUTDOWN -r

You can also specify a delay time using the shutdown command such as 'SHUTDOWN -r -t 01' the 01 being the seconds to delay the reboot.
