What if there is a hardware problem with my server?

You will receive details to our helpdesk and emergency number.

It is important to follow the instructions provided in the welcome email, and to call the after-hours emergency contact with your Ticket ID ready.

If your hardware has failed and you cannot make it in (or are an interstate/overseas customer), we will try to resolve the hardware fault onsite for you. If your server came with an on-site warranty we can provide escorted access for the service technician. If we cannot find the fault, or have any spare parts that may get your server working again, you can send a courier (please let us know the delivery address so we can label the box) so it can be sent for repair or back to you.
