How Can I Deliver Items to the Data Centre

When delivering items to us it is imperative that you alert us before hand via a Remote Hands Request form of any deliveries you may be sending.
We require a Remote Hands Form alerting us ahead of time about intended deliveries, for security and accountability reasons we reject all unlabled items.
Our hours for accepting deliveries are between 9 - 5, there may be staff here out of those hours but there is NO guarantee we will be able to accept the package.
Please also ensure that items are addressed in the following format:
Your Company Name (as it is listed in our billing system, if the company name does not reflect any on file, then this too will be rejected)
Ticket #: xxx-xxx-xxxxx
Please ensure to also write the ticket number that you will receive when you submit the remote hands form on the item.
If you intend for the item to be returned to you, then we also suggest including a pre-paid self addressed satchel or consignment note from your courier. We will inform you when it is ready for collection by your courier. Please ensure to have this picked up promptly, as we do not hold items and charges may apply for storing any items. Lockers are available to you for a small monthly rental rate if you wish to keep small items such as spare parts, USB drives etc on-site.
